Cabernet Merlot 

  • Varietal: Cabernet and Merlot.   Region: South Eastern Australia.  
  • Style: Smooth, silky, rich                  Taste: Ripe plum, dark berries, hints of cassis and vanillin.
  • Drink with: Slow cooked lamb,     juicy steak, pasta. 
  • Drink now or over next 5 years. Vegetarian and Vegan Friendly.
